A Machine Operator is responsible for completing the following duties:

• Production & Safety: Operate manufacturing equipment at full capacity while strictly adhering to all safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Quality Control: Ensure all job orders are completed on schedule and meet or exceed company quality standards through precise operation.
• Technical Literacy: Utilize general mechanical knowledge and basic math skills to operate machinery and take accurate measurements with a standard 20' tape measure.
• Equipment Care: Perform daily preventative maintenance and maintain a clean workspace to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Team Communication: Monitor equipment health, maintain housekeeping, and promptly report major repair needs to the maintenance department.

• 6:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

• Measurement Precision: Expertly read tape measures to 1/8 , 1/16 , and 1/32  increments with a strong command of inch-to-decimal conversions.
• Performance Standards: Maintain a high priority on both the quality and quantity of output to meet production goals.
• Operational Stamina: Capability to perform repetitive tasks consistently and accurately throughout a full shift.
