Provide bedside nursing care to patients as licensed, following protocols.
Assess patient conditions, document vitals, and report changes promptly.
Administer medications and maintain accurate medication administration records.
Document all nursing actions and patient communications accurately.
Prioritize patient safety and report incidents following policy.
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to update treatment plans.
Monitor patient pipelines and progress toward care milestones and targets.
Participate in shift handovers and ensure continuity of care during transitions.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized clinical environment per standards.
Provide patient and family education on care plans and self-management.
Utilize data and metrics to identify improvement opportunities in care delivery.
Support professional development goals through reflective practice and skill advancement.
Experience/QualificationsCurrent LPN license in good standing with relevant state board.
Proven bedside nursing experience with patient assessment and vital signs documentation.
Ability to administer medications and maintain accurate MARs per protocol.
Commitment to patient safety, incident reporting, and policy adherence.
Strong documentation habits for all actions and patient communications.
Collaborative mindset for care plan updates with physicians and teams.
Monitor care milestones, progress tracking, and pipeline management.
Participate in shift handovers ensuring continuity of care.
Provide patient and family education on care plans and self-management.
Engage in data-driven quality improvement and performance metrics.
Maintain clean, safe, organized clinical environment per standards.
Demonstrate willingness to learn, grow, and pursue professional development.
