LPN or RN Weekend Supervisor

Position:
Weekend Supervisor at Belen Meadows Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.

• Friday, Saturday & Sunday (12‑hour day shifts)
• Saturday, Sunday & Monday (12‑hour day shifts)

$15,000

• Lead, guide and direct clinical operations of nursing units on assigned shift, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, standards, and regulations.
• Facilitate implementation of care delivery models and processes, mentor staff, coordinate and communicate with other departments.
• Collaborate with Director of Nursing to maintain adequate staffing, providing safe, 24/7 care while limiting overtime and agency use.
• Participate in staff recruitment, orientation, and recommend promotions, transfers, and terminations.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university; BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
