• Friday, Saturday & Sunday (12‑hour day shifts)
• Saturday, Sunday & Monday (12‑hour day shifts)

• The RN Supervisor supports the Director of Nursing with efficient nursing care, positive clinical outcomes, patient/family and employee satisfaction.
• Lead, guide and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shift, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, practice standards and regulations.
• Facilitate implementation of the care delivery model and processes, mentor staff, and coordinate communication with other departments.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate staffing for safe 24/7 nursing care while limiting overtime and agency personnel.
• Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, and make recommendations for employee promotions, transfers and terminations.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program, BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
