Addus Home Care in New Mexico is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our growing home health team in Belen, NM. This full-time role features a weekday schedule from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with competitive benefits.
You will provide direct patient care, follow the plan of care, document accurately, and support patients and families in self-care education. Experience in home health is preferred and CPR certification is required.
