• Administer prescribed medications and document administration in accordance with policy
• Monitor residents’ status, take routine vital signs, and report changes to the supervising RN
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide comfort measures to residents
• Perform standard nursing procedures within scope and collaborate with the care team
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record and contribute to care planning
• Ensure safety, infection control, and compliance with regulatory standards

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse license (or eligible for travel assignment)
• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
• Ability to work the listed shift pattern (3x12-hour shifts) and maintain reliability
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency with basic computer tasks and resident documentation
• Willingness to comply with onboarding requirements and facility policies

• Dedicated recruiter and travel support throughout the assignment
• Credentialing and onboarding coordination to expedite start
• On-call clinical liaison for scheduling and issues
