Role:
Provide direct patient care as a Registered Nurse in various inpatient units, including PCUs, Oncology, Trauma, Neuroscience, and Surgical specialties.
Responsibilities:Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care; collaborate with healthcare teams; develop and implement individualized care plans; assist with tests, procedures, and medication administration; participate in orientation and precepting; ensure patient safety and accurate documentation; respond to emergencies; maintain a therapeutic environment; promote professional growth; and adhere to policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications & Skills- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license in the relevant state
- CPR/BLS certification (must obtain within 30 days if not already certified)
- Competency in IV verification within six months
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
- Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree, bilingual abilities, and certifications in specialty areas
Manage diverse patient populations across age groups, ensure compliance with policies, participate in professional development, and contribute to a safe, patient-centered environment.
