Giving Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN in Belen, NM to administer patient care per physician plans in patients’ homes. This 1099 contract role runs 8am–8pm, Thursday to Sunday, with collaboration among CNAs, HHA’s, case managers, and patients’ physicians.
Responsibilities include executing care plans, documenting care, administering medications, and monitoring patients. Requires valid nursing license, CPR, TB test, and access to reliable transportation for home visits.
