Journeyman Plumbing Maintenance

Current Boiler Operator License (BO2) Preferred
Current EPA Section 608 Certification Preferred
Ability to install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
Experience in Maintenance and repair for heating, cooling, evaporative and refrigeration systems, radiant heat, chillers and cooling towers and kitchen equipment repair
High School Diploma or GED Certificate
Valid and current New Mexico Operator's license
Ability to read and interpret instruction in order to maintain warehouse/maintenance records
Knowledge of organizational pattern of the school district and the location of its employees
Demonstrated knowledge and application of maintenance procedures in the inventory of supplies and materials
Ability to perform maintenance and repairs including but not limited to interior and exterior buildings and grounds as required
Ability to operate district equipment, such as tractors, mowers, power equipment, mechanical tools, etc.
Physical abilities to perform the physical tasks required of this position
Able to use technology to perform warehouse responsibilities
Uses effective people skills to communicate
