Licensed Electrical Apprentice

Moss, the #1 Solar EPC Contractor of 2025, is seeking motivated Licensed Electrical Apprentices to support our utility-scale solar project in Belen, NM. No previous solar experience is required but will need electrical knowledge. Must be Licensed in New México. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic who are looking to gain hands-on experience in the electrical construction industry.

• Assist licensed electricians with the installation of DC and AC electrical systems on utility-scale solar projects
• Help install conduit, wire, cable trays, and electrical equipment
• Read and interpret basic drawings and project layouts with guidance from experienced team members
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Learn electrical installation techniques while following company safety standards
• Support daily project activities as directed by field leadership
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Previous construction or electrical experience is preferred but not required
• Enrollment in or willingness to enroll in a state-approved electrical apprenticeship program is a plus
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the workday
• Reliable transportation to and from the project site
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
