Able to perform essential job functions and job task requirements noted on the job description.
High school diploma or GED certificate.
Valid and current CDL NM Operator's License with Air Brake, Passenger, and School Bus endorsements or ability to acquire.
Ability to acquire an UST Class A/B Fuel Storage Tank Operators Certification.
Able to perform daily, weekly, and monthly tank inspections.
Ability to use effectively office equipment including computers and peripheral equipment.
Proficient knowledge and application of working with database, excel spreadsheets, and word processing applications.
Knowledge of State procurement code and district procurement policies.
Knowledge of and familiar with identification of bus parts, part utilization, bus models, and bus components.
Demonstrated knowledge and application of warehouse procedures in inventory, distribution, shipping, and handling.
Physical abilities to perform the physical tasks required of this position.
Able to use technology to track inventories, order parts, and develop reports.
Uses effective people skills to communicate.
