Allied Realty is one of the leading real estate companies in central and western Maine.
We strive to assist clients with top-tier service and bring them their desired results. We are
seeking a qualified Administrative Assistant for our Rangeley Office. Looking for a personable
individual who is comfortable interacting with real estate agents and the public daily.
You will be the agents’ go-to person for assistance in preparing and uploading listings to the MLS
(Multiple Listing Service). Other duties include working independently, answering phones,
filing, data entry, ordering supplies, processing mail, and customer service. We are looking for a
team member who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent verbal communication skills. A
working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Dropbox, Adobe Acrobat, and prior real estate
experience is beneficial.
- Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. - Benefits: 401K Contributions & Paid Time Off – Vacation/Personal Time
- Pay:
Base rate of $20 – Negotiable per Experience - Education:
High School Diploma or Greater Preferred - Experience:

Job Description :
