Based in Mallusk, my client is an award‑winning organisation that provides commercial vehicles throughout Northern Ireland. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking a Business Support Co‑ordinator to join their team.
This is a Full‑time, temporary position with the opportunity of being made permanent thereafter.
Working hours:
Mon – Thurs 9am – 5:15pm & Fri 9am – 5pm.
Job Role:
As a Business Support Co‑ordinator, you will be responsible for working and engaging with internal stakeholders, partners and suppliers ensuring high levels of service and support.
Qualifications- Previous administration experience, preferably gained from a banking/motor industry background (though not essential).
- Demonstrable experience of meeting deadlines.
- IT proficiency with the use of Microsoft tools and applications.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal – able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organisational, time‑management and planning skills and good attention to detail.
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.
- Oversee the process of a vehicle order until delivery.
- Complete finance proposals and liaise with our panel of funders, creating or requesting finance documents for the appropriate funder.
- Oversee the return vehicles for each Business Development Manager and request extensions or arrange uplifts.
- Check the completion of finance documents before any vehicle delivery is arranged.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers on availability and the delivery of vehicles.
- Process deals for pay‑out once delivered.
- Provide administrative support to other departments/internal stakeholders within the business, including the monthly V11, V5 checks and vehicle hire.
- Run various reports for the Business Development Managers.
- Be the point of contact for customers while their account manager is out of the office or on leave.
- Provide reception cover, mainly covering tea and lunch breaks, per a rota for all administrative personnel.
- Complete any other administrative activities as specified by the manager.
