Posting Operations Associate

Join us as we work to create a thriving ecosystem that delivers accessible, high-quality, and sustainable healthcare for all. We are looking for a Posting Operations Associate to join the Posting Outcomes teams within our RCM division.

In this role, the Posting Operations Associate will take ownership of complete processes and smaller projects while coordinating across functions to achieve team objectives. Additionally, the individual will develop others, contribute to strategic initiatives, seek feedback, adapt approach based on stakeholder needs, drive results, collaborate inclusively, and instill trust through consistent delivery and transparent communication.

• Own complete processes within assigned workflow areas, ensuring end‑to‑end quality and performance.
• Manage multiple competing priorities and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
• Resolve complex issues requiring coordination across multiple teams or systems.
• Lead small‑scale improvement projects from identification through implementation.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional partners to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend strategic actions.
• Document and communicate process changes to stakeholders.
• Formally mentor Analyst and Senior Analyst team members, providing regular feedback and guidance.
• Contribute to training program development and deliver training sessions as needed.
• Support onboarding of new team members and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Participate in professional development activities and share learnings with the team.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven project coordination experience with demonstrated results.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with data analysis and process improvement methodologies.
• Subject matter expertise in general RCM Posting processes.

Base salary range: $50,000 – $86,000. The base pay depends on experience, knowledge, skills, and geographic market rates. Additional compensation includes short‑term and long‑term incentives through discretionary bonuses, variable compensation, and equity plans.
