We’re looking for the right Dental Assistant to join our team at PCHC Seaport Dental Center, with a particular interest in experienced Dental Assistants and those ready to take the next step into a Lead role. Depending on your experience, qualifications, and leadership skills, you may join us as an Experienced Dental Assistant or Lead Dental Assistant. We’re also open to meeting someone with limited or no dental experience who is passionate about our mission, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in dental care.

Ultimately, we’re looking for the right person to join our team and serve our community.

Salary: The salary scales range from $19-32.85/hr depending on years of relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
The Lead Dental Assistant receives a biweekly stipend of $120 in addition to base pay.

Lead Dental Assistant
Open to Dental Assistants with at least 3 years of experience | Leadership aptitude

  • The opportunity: Combine hands-on clinical support with administrative responsibilities, mentorship, training, team coordination, and leadership development. As a cross-trained Lead Dental Assistant, you’ll support patient care while also helping with patient check-in and check-out, coordinating team needs, and mentoring and training new employees.
  • What you’ll need: At least 3 years of Dental Assistant experience, along with an interest and aptitude for leadership, teamwork, and helping others succeed.
  • Great fit for: A Dental Assistant ready to expand their impact beyond direct patient care, take on additional responsibility, and help strengthen the team through clinical support, administrative coordination, and mentorship.

On-the-Job Trained Dental Assistant
For the right candidate with limited or no dental experience
