• Must possess a Doctorate degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Must be a Registered Mechanical Engineer or Professional Mechanical Engineer (PME) licensed by the PRC
• Must have served at least three (3) years as Associate Professor (or equivalent)
• Must have accumulated a minimum of 5 years of relevant teaching, research, and/or professional experience
• Must have authored/co-authored at least 5 refereed journal publications, in Scopus or Web of Science-indexed journals
• Must have led or significantly contributed to externally funded research or technology development projects
• Patent applications, commercialized technologies, or industry consultancy are highly desirable
• Demonstrated leadership in curriculum development, faculty mentoring, quality assurance, or program accreditation (e.g., AUN-QA, CHED)
• Extensive service in academic governance and institutional development
• Active membership and involvement in relevant national or international engineering organizations (e.g., PSME, ASME)
• Proficiency in CAD, simulation, and engineering software tools (e.g., Solid Works, ANSYS, MATLAB)
