Design Manager - Water

We’re seeking experienced Design Managers to join our expanding teams in Belfast and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of water infrastructure.

Our Design Managers work across the project lifecycle in asset planning, strategy, concept design, outline design, and detailed design. Projects involve clean water treatment, wastewater treatment, networks, flooding, and urban drainage. You will also support the delivery of AMP8 projects for NI Water, Uisce Éireann, and the wider Stantec UK business.

As a Senior Design Manager, you will lead the multidisciplinary team, identify innovative and sustainable solutions, work collaboratively with the client, plan technical delivery, and deliver best value and client service excellence.

You are a degree-qualified (or equivalent) engineer, ideally chartered or a member of a relevant engineering institution such as ICE.

You have experience leading multidisciplinary teams within the engineering or utilities sectors and delivering expert design solutions to clientele.
