KeyQualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current state licensure
- Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Ability to manage a dynamic, changing caseload across age groups PreK-12
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel between school sites as required
- Teletherapy is not an option for this role; onsite presence is required
- Conduct assessments, create and implement IEPs, and deliver direct/indirect services
- Communicate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams on student progress
- Maintain documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
- Travel between sites as determined by caseload needs
