• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current state licensure
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Ability to manage a dynamic, changing caseload across age groups PreK-12
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Willingness to travel between school sites as required
• Teletherapy is not an option for this role; onsite presence is required

• Conduct assessments, create and implement IEPs, and deliver direct/indirect services
• Communicate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams on student progress
• Maintain documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
• Travel between sites as determined by caseload needs
