Van Rath Search & Selection is seeking an enthusiastic HR Officer for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. This role provides a great opportunity for a developing HR professional to gain vast exposure across HR operations, employee relations, and various people initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have a relevant qualification, at least 1 year of HR experience, strong communication skills, and the flexibility to travel across multiple sites. This role includes responsibilities from onboarding and offboarding to supporting managers with employee relations and wellness initiatives.
