Job Overview
Join our Client Support Team as a CSC Analyst working 2 days per week in our hybrid schedule at the Belfast, ME office. In this role you will provide high‑level support to end users via phone and email, becoming an expert in the athena

$3,000 Sign-On Bonus is available for those who join our hybrid team in Belfast, ME.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level support to end users via phone and email in a fast‑paced environment.
- Diagnose and resolve complex software issues, including troubleshooting services and monitoring system performance.
- Become a subject matter expert in athena
One and guide clients through use of the application. - Manage case and communication queues to meet quality and production targets.
- Track and respond to client inquiries promptly using Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate across departments, divisions, states, and countries to deliver continuous service improvements.
- Own special project assignments and contribute to departmental goals.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 3–4 years of professional business experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to manage client expectations.
- Strong multitasking ability in a technology‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software.
- Proven teaching ability: able to explain solutions and ensure clients understand the context for future self‑service.
- 2+ years in a call‑center or customer‑service role.
- Experience in hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce and common web browsers.
- Ability to explain solutions effectively and teach clients.
Base salary range: $33,000 – $55,000 per year, depending on experience and market rates.
In addition to base pay, eligible positions may include discretionary annual bonuses and other incentives as part of the total rewards package.
