We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, organised, and tech savvy individual to join our team as a Site Co‑ordinator / Vehicle Progressor and be the key to support our sales function. This role will allow the right person to develop their career with a market‑leading brand. You will assist our sales department by organising vehicles on site, collecting and delivering vehicles, and ensuring both the site and vehicles are maintained to a high standard.

A key part of the role is to load and maintain our online showroom, taking and loading pictures, prices, and vehicle descriptions daily for our website and social media accounts.

• Taking and loading pictures, prices, and vehicle descriptions onto our online showroom daily.
• Creating CitNOW videos for our customers.
• Organising vehicles on site to make them presentable for customers.
• Overseeing our social media accounts and tracking responses.
• Collecting and delivering vehicles to and from customers.
• Ensuring both the site and vehicles are maintained to a high standard.

You will be an excellent communicator and comfortable building relationships with colleagues across the business. We are looking for a highly organised individual who pays attention to detail. You will have sufficient IT skills and a solid understanding of the basics of social media for business purposes.
