Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).

• Evaluate patients/residents by collecting data, observing conditions, and reporting changes.
• Participate in nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff to ensure quality and safety.

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program.
• Current licensure or pending licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
