As a Retail Merchandising Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing essential in-store merchandising support to retailers to enhance customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include building attractive displays and end caps, resetting shelves according to product rotation, and monitoring inventory levels to ensure maximum sales potential for both stores and suppliers. Here’s what you need:
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, enthusiastic demeanor when interacting with customers and management
- Age requirement: 18 years or older
- Physical capability to perform tasks that involve moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from your work location
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving results
- Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to team dynamics
- A commitment to safety in a retail environment
