Sales Consultant

Role Summary

We are looking for a dedicated individual, with a passion for luxury, to join us as Sales Consultant in our Forestside Shopping Centre. This is a part‑time opportunity, working 30 hours per week.

• Provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to customers.
• Use a personalized selling approach, guiding the customer journey from start to finish.
• Deliver sensorial experiences such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages.
• Assist the team with general store tasks, including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Confidence and a positive, can‑do attitude.
• High personal grooming standards.
• Passion for luxury and alignment with brand values.
• Ability to work well in a team and drive to achieve store and personal KPI’s.
• Flexibility in working arrangements to suit business requirements.

• Hourly rate of £13.45
