Goodwill is looking for friendly, outgoing people to join our growing team! A role focused on front‑of‑house responsibilities including customer greeting, register operation, merchandise pulling, fitting room attendance, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

• Customer Service:
  Greet customers with a smile, provide assistance, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Operate Register:
  Ring up purchases accurately and efficiently while maintaining a cheerful and professional demeanor.
• Merchandising:
  Arrange and refresh merchandise to create an inviting sales floor, making room for new products.
• Fitting Rooms:
  Attend to fitting rooms, ensuring customers have everything needed for confident purchasing decisions.
• Team Spirit:
  Foster a friendly and supportive atmosphere for customers and co‑workers, building community within the store.

• Positive Attitude:
  Friendly and upbeat demeanor.
• Basic Math and Literacy
  
  Skills:
  
  Needed for handling transactions.
• Flexibility:
  Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background Check:
  Must pass a criminal background check that meets agency standards.
• Physical Ability:
  Capable of exerting up to 50 lbs of force occasionally, 30 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs constantly to move objects.

• Retail Experience or Certification:
  Prior retail experience or relevant certification is a plus.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma, GED, HiSET, or equivalent.
