We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing sales team in Belfast.

About you

You’re commercially curious, motivated, and love seeing results. You have 2+ years of B2B sales experience
, a proven record of hitting targets, and confidence in both communication and presentation.

You’re proactive about learning, comfortable using CRMs (
Hub Spot experience is a plus), and eager to grow. Experience in the construction or SaaS sector is a bonus, not a requirement.

What you’ll do
  • Drive new business by engaging with B2B decision-makers in the construction sector
  • Lead confident, value-driven conversations that uncover customer needs and challenges
  • Deliver product demonstrations that show the difference Hubexo data can make
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM, phone, messaging and email
  • Present and negotiate proposals that turn prospects into long-term customers
  • Close deals confidently across phone, video, and in-person meetings
  • Exceed activity and revenue targets through focus, energy, and ownership
