Sgscare is seeking a Deputy Manager for a Children's Residential Home in Leigh, Greater Manchester. The role involves leading a team, planning care, and ensuring high standards of welfare for children aged 5–18.
You will work with the Registered Manager to run the home, implement care plans, and support staff, with on-call duties and flexible hours to cover shifts and emergencies. Salary circa £38,600 per annum.
