Witherslack Group Ltd. is seeking a Team Leader to guide care staff in our children’s homes across the UK. You’ll support daily operations, nurture relationships with young people and ensure high care standards while deputising for managers when required.
We value empathy, resilience and a can-do attitude. A Level 3 Children’s Residential Care qualification and a UK driving licence are essential, with progression through our Care Academy and opportunities to grow within WG.
