Join Sodexo as a Front of House Manager at Belfast Erskine House, BT1 4GF
, leading and supporting teams across cleaning, catering, reception, post room. You’ll play a key role in delivering excellent service, achieving KPIs, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation.
- Supervise and engage teams across soft FM services.
- Maintain service standards in line with SLAs and KPIs.
- Support weekly KPI reporting and ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety.
- Provide training and guidance to team members.
- Step up to cover management responsibilities when needed.
- Build strong client and customer relationships.
- Ensure stock, equipment, and resources are managed securely.
- Experience in cleaning, catering, or front-of-house operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to standards.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of food safety, health & safety, and MS Office tools.
- Problem-solving and leadership skills.
