The Role
As a Housekeeping Team Member, you’ll ensure rooms and suites are fresh and welcoming for guests, providing a comfortable environment and assisting with last‑minute requests.
Hours- 16, 24, or 32 hours per week (various hours available)

- Maintain rooms to company standards, ensuring each room is special and memorable for guests.
- Assist guests with items such as toothbrushes or directions.
- Keep supervisors updated on room‑service progress and report needed repairs.
- Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment when needed.
- Organise supplies and amenities, minimising waste.
- Log lost and found items and reunite them with owners.
- Present a professional appearance in uniform and name badge.
- Perform ad‑hoc duties as required.
- Monitor and control supplies and amenities within all housekeeping areas.
- Document lost and found items per departmental procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality service.
- Assist with deep‑cleaning projects, turndown duties, and other assigned tasks.
- Attend all relevant departmental, hotel, and company training sessions.
