• An overnight stay with dinner for two at The Merchant Hotel (subject to contract).
• Your birthday off!
• Paid Breaks

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, city centre bar where exceptional service and quality are key.
• Must possess a valid SIA Door Supervisor License or Close Protection certification, along with First Aid training.
• Flexible to work late shifts, including weekends, with availability until 3 AM on Fridays and Saturdays.

• Knowledge of health & safety regulations
• Understanding of licensing laws and venue regulations

Rate of pay: £16 per hour
