Stores Operative

We’re looking for a reliable and organised Stores Operative to join the behind-the-scenes team at Bullitt Hotel. This is a key role supporting our hotel operations and helping everything run smoothly, so attention to detail and a proactive attitude are a must.

Reporting to the F&B management team, you’ll be responsible for receiving, organising, and distributing stock across the hotel, working closely with all hotel departments to:

• Receive and check deliveries for accuracy and quality, reporting issues and shortages
• Organise stock and maintain clean and tidy spaces, both back and front of house
• Make up requisitions
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock counts/audits
• Assist with waste management, recycling and supplier returns
• Follow all health & safety, manual handling and COSHH protocols

• Well organised with good attention to detail and strong numeracy skills
• Comfortable with physical duties handling deliveries and manual tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Familiar with stock control and monitoring inventory levels
• An excellent communicator
• Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

At least 1 years’ experience in a similar stores, warehouse, or hospitality environment is desirable.

This is a full time role. The shift pattern for this role is Monday to Sunday, 7 am to 3 pm.

The rate of pay is £12.21 per hour for all staff.
