We are looking for an experienced and creative Mixologist to join the Food & Beverage team at one of Dubai’s most prestigious 5-star luxury hotels. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about the art of mixology and takes pride in crafting memorable guest experiences through exceptional beverages and personalized service.

As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of cocktails, mocktails, and signature drinks that reflect both classic techniques and modern trends. You will engage with guests at the bar, providing recommendations based on their preferences, and ensure every drink is prepared with precision, flair, and consistency. Your creativity and attention to detail will be essential in developing seasonal menus and enhancing the overall bar experience.

You will also maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the bar area, while ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed. Monitoring inventory, assisting with stock orders, and supporting the training of junior team members may also form part of your role.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in a similar position, preferably within a luxury or high-end hospitality environment. Strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a warm, guest-focused attitude are essential.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of bartending or mixology experience in a luxury setting
• Solid knowledge of spirits, cocktail recipes, and bar techniques
• Confident, engaging, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work under pressure and during peak service hours
• Flexible with shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
