Head Receptionist

We are seeking for a friendly and professional Head Receptionist to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to guests as well as leading the front desk team and the day‑to‑day operations.

• Leading the reception team
• Work closely with other heads of departments
• Welcoming guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Managing check‑in and check‑out processes efficiently
• Taking payments
• Handling reservations, cancellations and changes to bookings
• Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
• Serving at the bar
• Cashing up at the end of the day

• Previous experience as a hotel receptionist is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Friendly, approachable and professional demeanour
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
• Good communication skills to interact with guests and other members of staff

Job Types: Full Time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000 a year (Live out). A live in position could be available

Expected hours: 40 hours per week over 5 days to include weekends
