Deeside - Housekeeping Assistant

£12.60 per hour increasing to £13.45ph by May

Minimum 20 hours per week | March - October

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Deeside Holiday Park. This role is essential in ensuring our accommodation and facilities are presented to the highest standards, creating an exceptional experience for our guests and holiday homeowners.

You will play an important part in ensuring guests arrive to clean, comfortable, and welcoming accommodation. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys practical work and takes pride in delivering high standards.

• Cleaning holiday homes to an exceptional standard ready for arriving guests
• Cleaning toilet and shower facilities, public areas, offices, and laundry rooms
• Carrying out deep cleans as required, including windows, upholstery, and carpets
• Managing laundry, including washing, drying, and preparing linens
• Reporting maintenance issues and supporting other departments when required
• Ensuring sales accommodation is clean and presentable
• Maintaining housekeeping equipment and stock levels
• Providing excellent customer service to guests and holiday homeowners
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

• Own transport is essential due to the park location
• Weekend availability required
• Working hours typically between 9am and 6pm
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential
