We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Supervisor to join the team at The Cloth Ear, a public bar within the prestigious five-star Merchant Hotel in Belfast. • Excellent service charge shared across the team.
• An overnight stay with dinner for two at The Merchant Hotel (subject to contract).
• Your birthday off!
• Meals during your shift and paid breaks

• 1-2 years supervisory experience in a similar busy city centre bar
• A minimum of 2 years food and beverage service including cocktails
• Experience in cash handling and till operations

• Experience working within a five-star setting.
