Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Creating a warm, welcoming environment for guests and setting the tone of the experience.
• Preparing and serving drinks to high standards and highlighting promotions to guests.
• Working with food‑service colleagues to deliver a seamless service.
• Managing bar stock, inventory and ensuring all equipment functions properly.
• Changing beer barrels and maintaining the bar area in a clean, tidy state.
• Handling cash and credit transactions.
• Wearing your uniform with pride.
• Assisting colleagues with ad‑hoc duties.
• Completing the cash up at the end of each shift.
• Following safety procedures at all times.

• At least 6 months experience in a similar role.
