Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA are looking to recruit a Commis Chef to join the team at the AC Marriott Belfast Hotel on a full time basis. This is an Opportunity for a Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery through Inspiro Learning, and further career progression in hospitality and professional cooking, with a host of benefits incuding Hourly Pay, Access to Service Charge and Uniform (cleaned and laundered)

As a Commis Chef in our busy hotel, you will work as part of a kitchen team to prepare and cook a range of dishes to menu specifications. You will assist senior chefs with food preparation and ensure that all food is prepared and served to a high standard of quality and presentation. You will also maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and food preparation areas, follow all food safety and health regulations, and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Whatdo we need from you?
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions from senior chefs.
- A commitment to maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, including adherence to food safety regulations and proper use of kitchen equipment and cleaning products.
- Good communication skills, willingness to work as part of a team, and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
