We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Bar Supervisor to join the team at The Cloth Ear, a public bar within the prestigious five-star Merchant Hotel in Belfast. - Excellent service charge shared across the team.
- An overnight stay with dinner for two at The Merchant Hotel (subject to contract).
- Your birthday off!
- Paid breaks
- 1‑2 years supervisory experience in a similar busy city centre bar
- A minimum of 2 years food and beverage service including cocktails
- Experience in cash handling and till operations
- Experience working within a five-star setting.
