Sodexo is seeking a Village Manager in Fort Augustus, Scotland to lead operations, safety and resident experience at a remote Highland village.
You’ll manage services, budgets and client relationships, ensuring high standards and compliance while guiding a team through 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotations. Meals, accommodation, gym and other benefits are provided.
The role requires strong leadership, operational management and budget skills, with an emphasis on wellbeing and service excellence.
