Asa Kitchen Porter ,you’llmaintainthe highest standards of cleanliness in all kitchen areas by following established procedures each day set by the Head Chef.

• You’llhave a positive mentality and can-do attitude supporting the rest of the Kitchen Team with any tasks as required.
• To work the sections, ensuring that pot-wash standards are dealt with efficiently, always ensuring utmost cleanliness.
• Display efficient working practices and ensure all the kitchen, utensils, cookware, and crockeryareproperly cleanedin a timely manner.
• Support the Head Chef with stock taking and storage of stock, including checking deliveries.
• Toassistin ensuringa high levelof Health & Safety,cleanliness and food hygiene and to ensure that safe working practices are followed.
• Be aware of COSHH regulations and use of PPE.
• To carry out any other reasonable duties within the overall function of the job.

• Previous experience preferred.
• To be able to work in a fast-paced environment and to enjoy it.
• To be able to work independently, being self-motivated to complete the tasks.
• Flexibility- to enjoy working different shift patterns and seeing the operation on different days of the week including the weekends.
