As the first point of contact for guests, you’ll play a vital role in creating memorable luxury spa experiences from arrival through departure. This role extends beyond reception duties—you’ll be responsible for ensuring every guest enjoys outstanding service while maintaining the highest presentation standards throughout the spa.

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and outstanding customer care.
• Deliver a genuine five-star hospitality experience.
• Check guests in and provide information about spa facilities and services.
• Handle bookings, telephone enquiries, and emails efficiently.
• Maintain immaculate presentation of all guest areas.
• Respond confidently to guest requests and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure every visit exceeds customer expectations.

Prepare premium guest packages before arrival, including:

• Romantic experiences
• Birthday celebrations
• Bridal packages
• Seasonal and bespoke wellness packages

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing fresh fruit platters and refreshments.
• Arranging gifts, chocolates, and beverages.
• Decorating spa suites with candles, balloons, flowers, and themed accessories.
• Ensuring every package meets the company’s luxury standards before guest arrival.

• Clean and prepare spa facilities between appointments.
• Maintain exceptional hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Restock robes, towels, toiletries, and guest amenities.
• Complete quality checks before every booking.

Applicants with social media experience may also assist with:

• Capturing photos and videos.
• Creating content for Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok.
• Supporting marketing campaigns using Canva or Cap Cut.
• Promoting the Private Wellness brand online.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous hospitality experience in luxury hotels, spas, restaurants, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• A proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a genuine passion for customer care.

• Previous hospitality or luxury customer service experience.
