The Merchant Hotel - Spa Receptionist
We are looking for a full-time Spa Receptionist to join our team at our luxury spa in Belfast. When it comes to wellness, relaxation, and exceptional customer service, we pride ourselves on delivering an outstanding guest experience. Therefore, we are looking for passionate and professional individuals to join our dedicated team. - An overnight stay with dinner for two at The Merchant Hotel (subject to contract).

- Previous reception or customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Demonstrating awareness of the spa and wellness industry.
- Experience working in a spa, salon, or luxury hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of booking systems and treatment scheduling.
