Ardencote Manor - Hiddenwell | Luxury Wellness Retreat is seeking a confident Nights Manager to lead the Front Office operation overnight. You will supervise the Nights team, coordinate shifts, and own the overnight hotel operation to ensure a seamless handover to the day team.
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you’ll deliver guest-focused service, handle late arrivals, resolve issues, and drive accurate payments and financial transactions while maintaining high safety standards.
