As an Operations Assistant at WHISTERFIELD LTD, you will own the day-to-day management of a premium short-term rental portfolio. You will leverage Hospitable and Price Labs to handle guest communications, optimize pricing, and coordinate cleaning teams. This proactive role is essential for maintaining high operational standards while supporting the founders' growth and brand development goals.

• Take full ownership of operational systems for a premium brand, moving beyond basic admin to strategic platform management.
• Work directly with founders who bring 25+ years of combined experience in hospitality, creative strategy, and property.
• Gain the opportunity to scale with a growing family-owned business and eventually transition into a senior operations leadership role.

• Fully manage and optimize  daily, including implementing AI integrations and advanced platform features for guest communication.
• Coordinate all guest journeys and cleaning schedules, ensuring seamless transitions from initial inquiry to final property check-out.
• Monitor calendars and dynamic pricing strategies via Price Labs to maximize occupancy and revenue across the property portfolio.

• Proven hands-on experience managing short-term rental operations specifically using PMS software such as Hospitable and Price Labs.
• Strong background in logistics and cleaner scheduling, with a sharp eye for detail regarding property maintenance and guest readiness.
• Exceptional written and spoken English skills with a proactive, independent work ethic suited for a remote, flexible environment.
