Estate Manager (Sales, Marketing & Revenue) North Down Excellent Package This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to take up the day to day management of an impressive tourist & event based in North Down in a hands-on senior role combining commercial growth, hospitality, events, property management and team leadership. Reporting into Senior Management you will;
Run the estate commercially and operationally, with responsibility for profitability and day-to-day management Grow revenue through accommodation, weddings, corporate/private events and additional experiences Manage marketing and sales, including website, bookings, social media, advertising and pricing Oversee events and guest experience, from booking through to delivery Manage accommodation, facilities, maintenance and a small team Control budgets, suppliers and costs, working with finance and stakeholders Ensure compliance with health & safety, fire, insurance, environmental and planning requirements What we are looking for.
