Marston’s PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub team and lead from the front, delivering memorable guest experiences while supporting the General Manager to hit financial KPIs. You’ll inspire teams on every shift and be accountable for operations when deputising for the GM.
Ideal candidates will have previous Assistant/Deputy Manager experience in a like-for-like or branded pub environment, with a passion for doing the right thing for guests and staff.
