The Bear is seeking confident, hardworking individuals with a passion for hospitality. We operate a pub on the first floor serving British classics and a restaurant level with a seasonal sharing menu and our famous pies.
From October we are open 7 days a week and train newcomers. A warm welcome, a great smile and the ability to interact with guests are valued. The seasonal contract runs October to May, and you do not need to be island-based.
