Center Parcs group is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager - Bar (fixed-term) at Whinfell Forest to lead the Leisure Bowl team and deliver exceptional guest experiences while meeting financial targets.
The role requires supervisory-level catering or bar management experience, strong leadership, and keen analytical and reporting skills. It is a full-time, fixed-term contract with a guaranteed 160 hours over 4 weeks and evening/weekend work.
