The Bedford Hotel, operated by Focus Hotels Management, seeks a skilled and driven Front Office Manager who thrives in a luxury hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily front office operations including check-in/out procedures, room allocations and billing accuracy Ensure seamless coordination between departments to enhance the guest journey Lead, train, motivate the front office team Implement and uphold brand standards and SOPs for front office operations Maximise room revenue through effective upselling and yield management strategies Key Qualities We Value: A passion for guest-centric service and attention to detail.
